My Philosophy
As a Learning Experience and Instructional Designer, my passion lies in crafting meaningful, user-centered e-learning solutions for teachers and caregivers in the early childhood education field. I believe in creating intentional, engaging experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and drive real change in practice.
My approach begins with understanding the “why”—the core purpose behind each learning need—so I can design solutions that not only address current challenges but also shift perspectives and inspire growth. By anchoring content in relevance and practical application, I help learners connect deeply with the material and feel empowered to apply it in real-world contexts.
My ultimate goal is to go beyond simply meeting expectations. I strive to design innovative, high-impact learning experiences that exceed company goals, elevate educator performance, and expand learners’ prior knowledge. Every project is an opportunity to advance organizational success while supporting the people at the heart of early education.
My Projects
While I have done projects that I am proud of, most of them can not be shared due to confidentiality, and work place restrictions. I have worked with Vyond, Articulate 360, Canva, Camtasia, Microsoft apps, Google slides, and Canva LMS. I have worked with different Learning Management Systems (LMS) which I find fun to explore how different systems works and what works best on different projects. I use ADDIE and SAM model to guide me through most of my project and to ensure efficiency, quality and all expectations. By clicking here, you will be taken to samples of projects I have done.
